- Leading internal expert on Trade Finance, providing operational & financial advice and support to the business, including (but not limited to) RCF, borrowing base, structured trade finance and transactional financing (Soft, gasoil, gasoline, LPG, bitumen) - Providing financial leadership to traders and working with them to identify and implement sales and profit drivers to improve the business financial performances - Developing and maintaining positive relationships with financing stakeholders (banks, funds) - Ensuring active management of FOREX and monitoring underlying Trade Finance risks - Reporting to CFO and shareholders
- Execute required financing pipeline in line with the treasury and liquidity needs - Ensure the Regulatory and Compliance documentation required by banks are reliable and provided on time ( FATCA , KYC processes, ....) - Review of bank documentation / credit facilities committed and uncommitted - Ensure the accuracy of collateral managements reports - Liaise closely with Trading and Operations teams to ensure timely securitization of financing / risk underwriting and supervise the trade flows - Participate in some stock financing structures implementation - Participate in the treasury month end closing process - Develop and prepare some specific costs and exposures tracking ( especially on LC’s flows)
