Provided strategic advice, challenge and tactical support to partners, directors and senior managers in the most strategic and valuable business opportunities for the firm, with the aim of increasing the chances of success.
Helped JLL in Spain to achieve ambitions through a different way of pitching services to strategic clients and opportunities. The goal: win through technology, innovation and digitalization. From the initial kickoff, integrating the added value proposition in order to be different in every step of the oportunity. Following up all the process. Also measured/monitored JLL performance in strategic pitches in the Spanish market. This process brought me a better view of the company's commercial activity and helped in the definition of the business plan.
I coordinated - from the marketing side - the launch of the CRE business in the Spanish market together with the commercial team. Collaborating in the growth of the business in 153% in three years. This process came together with the company digital transformation which brought a different position to the competition. As the marketing executive for the EMEA team in Spain I developed the marketing plan, running multiple initiatives from the scratch. Amongst other dutties I coordinated digital campaigns, launch of new services, market research reports into the go-to-market proccess, budgeting, vendors relations and client visits. I also coordinated the bidding / proposals for the business delivering more than 100 in three years. During my first year I also coordinated the marketing for Tétris, the design & build department of JLL, assuming the same dutties in both roles. This experience gave me a wide vision of the Real Estate sector and advisory services. Coordinating big projects regionally and locally, understand better the B2B sales process and have a broad business view.
As a part of the BD team, I was in charge of key activities of the company: business proposals, analysis of the commercial performance of the company and identification of business opportunities based on the strategic plan. Additionally I managed the customer experience implementation process in Spain, working very close with the company executive board. One of my main duties was the pitch / bid / proposal management. It was mainly focused on defining key selling points in order to advise commercial teams in the way we structured the value proposition. I collaborated in more than 20 proposals.
