- Support the client’s day-to-day needs related to the use of ticketing systems and products - Maintain agreed-upon service levels and regular follow-up to the national team’s accounts - Provide timely problem resolution to a wide range of corporate clients - Training, sharing of best practices, and general operational support - Support operations and client services at high-profile events. delivering seamless support in fast-paced sports, entertainment, and live event environments (Taylor Swift at Rogers Centre 2024, Rogers Stadium concert series 2025 and RBC Canadian Open 2024-25)
- CRM databases - Manage the entire sales cycle (from prospecting clients to securing a deal) - Respond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction - Regularly meet goals and other forms of client expectations
Focus on Sales, Service & Matchday Coordination Assist in a variety of tasks across several departments: - Ticket Operations & Sales - Hospitality & Client relations - Community relations - Project Management & Data Analysis
- Manage and develop worldwide correspondent partnerships - Organize meetings with potential clients to build commercial relationships - Report and present performance results to senior executives
- Upkeep the team and player information across internal databases - FIFA Connect Player registration - Assist with logistics and provide support to Academy administration - Support the Operations Department with team-related invoicing and expense reporting
- Develop and present credit proposals for the Risk Committee - Review payment activity periodically - Monitor and respond to requests made by foreign Banks
- Provide exceptional customer service while processing ticket orders (TM1 Sales) and/or solving ticket-related issues - Answer general enquiries regarding seating, pricing, stadium policies, and event details - Accurately balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift
- Control and organize administrative/financial records - Coordinate operations by providing logistics services - Delegate tasks effectively to administrative staff and monitor daily operations
