Oversee and Support Raritan Bay Area YMCA Mental and Behavioral Health Services. Charged with the growth of the Y’s mental health service platform to address community needs. * Assess community needs, create programs and identify new funding sources to increase required service availability for community members. * Oversee, support and grow existing and new programming. * Responsible for oversight, supervision and growth of mental health team. * Create, develop and implement policies, protocols and supporting documents to meet and exceed state and funder requirements. * Identify new and maintain existing relationships with program stakeholders.

Ensure organizational/business management duties are completed including financial and administrative. * Founding/Growth Coordinated and obtained required certifications and agreements to provide Biopsychosocial Assessments and become participating providers with Major Insurance Carriers, Medicaid, New Jersey Children System of Care, and various County Mobile Response and Care Management Organizations. * Administration & Coordination Manage finances including budgeting, financial reporting and analysis for organizational planning and consultation with accounting to optimize profit and loss. Implemented and managed organizational information systems including Electronic Health Records System and shared organizational drives with resources. Coordinate client care to ensure authorizations for service provision are in place, claims are received and payment processed and effective therapeutic matching with client needs. * Training/Supervision Oversaw interns, behavioral assistants and therapists including clinical supervision towards full licensure and ongoing professional development and training. Ensured staff compliance with ethical, licensure and certification requirements.
Review, customize and submit course syllabus in accordance with the departmentally prescribed standards by the required deadline. Teach coursework for various topics including, Multicultural Counseling, Developmental Psychology and Theories of Applied Psychology. Engage students in classroom instruction employing various delivery techniques and learning styles leading students towards mastery of material.
