Total population covered: 6,000 employees. Achievements: - Developed an effective and robust compensation strategy through market competitiveness analysis, contributing to a compelling employee value proposition and assuring optimal resource utilization. - Restructure the organization to eliminate unnecessary levels and increase span of control, deriving in a 10% improvement in quality and a 20% reduction in costs. - Developed and improved organizational metrics in more than 50%. - Established the first Shared Services of AXA Group, which standardized and improved HR services across AXA, resulting in a 5-point increase in eNPS.

Achievements: - Established the first HR Shared Services in Tenaris, structuring: activities transfer, SLAs, rebilling and change management process together with Accenture as main advisors. - Transformed our Shared Services (SSC) into a Global Business Services Center (GBS) becoming a strategic partner for HR function. - Reorganized teams and introduced RPA generating standardization and efficiencies of 20% of total HC. - Developed SSC’s colleagues as HR professionals through a robust career path including transitioning into different subareas.

Responsibilities: - Identify business needs, seeking to optimize processes and ensure Shared Services’ activities are performed in an accurate and timely manner; - Evaluate processes to be transferred to Shared Services, measuring FTE and analyzing the impact in terms of cost and effort; - Establish SLAs for processes not included in Blueprint; - Seek new and up-to-date information which can be applied to improve Shared Services’ activities; - Guarantee quality of services provided, applying Continuous improvement techniques; - Assure compliance with internal and external controls; - Focus on internal and external customers by making efforts to understand their needs, give high priority to customer satisfaction; - Motivate, coach, share knowledge, communicate effectively, develop teams and manage Shared Services activities according to internal policies and procedures. - Active member of Community of Excellence in Shared Services, group led by Deloitte.
Activity: - Coordinate management of Personnel Administration processes of different companies of Tenaris group in America’s region, giving support to areas for Human Resources in processes: New Hiring / Exits / Internal movements, Benefit’s Management, Social Security, Relocations, Loans, Reporting, Contractor’s Management, Immigration to US, among others; - Manage a team of 28 analysts (6 senior analysts as direct reports); Responsibilities: - Identify business needs, seeking to optimize processes and ensure Shared Services’ activities are performed in an accurate and timely manner; - Evaluate processes to be transferred to Shared Services, measuring FTE and analyzing the impact in terms of cost and effort; - Establish SLAs for processes not included in Blueprint; - Seek new and up-to-date information which can be applied to improve Shared Services’ activities; - Guarantee quality of services provided, applying Continuous improvement techniques; - Assure compliance with SOX controls; - Focus on internal and external customers by making efforts to understand their needs, give high priority to customer satisfaction; - Motivate, coach, share knowledge, communicate effectively, develop teams and manage Shared Services activities according to internal policies and procedures.
