I am a strategic procurement and project manager professional with 15+ years of experience across different global organizations. I focus on building solid procurement strategies to create business value in complex, international environments. In my current role I manage the Temporary Agency Workers category in Europe by leading projects spanning from cost to workforce efficiencies. Working closely with stakeholders and business partners I aim to implement the long term objectives of the company by providing clarity and alignment where it matters most: procurement strategy with priorities, improving ways of working and building capabilities that deliver measurable outcomes. Before moving to strategic sourcing, I spent several years in Human Resources which, along with my past work in the policy arena, gave me invaluable communication, marketing and analytical skills. In my spare time I take analog photos, develop them in the darkroom and dance tango. I have a soft spot for the French new wave cinema. I speak fluently English, French, Spanish and Italian.
