In my most recent and current role as a Senior Systems Administrator, I am responsible for managing the district's servers, virtual and cloud infrastructure, along with various software systems. I also provided technical support to end-users and conducted troubleshooting and maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems. I also oversaw the implementation of new technologies and software systems, as well as the integration of existing systems. In addition, I have also held roles in network administration and IT support, where I have gained experience in network management, user support, system backups, and disaster recovery. Overall, my years of experience in IT systems administration have equipped me with the skills and knowledge needed to manage and support complex IT systems and networks, and to provide high-quality technical support to end-users.
As a Senior Systems Administrator, I was responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and security of computer systems, networks, and servers. I designed, implemented, and maintained these systems to ensure they met the needs of the organization. I also managed complex hyperconverged virtual environments and cloud infrastructure and servers, which included virtual machines running on the hypervisor. This involved understanding the latest virtualization technologies and ensuring that the systems were running optimally.
