Maintained an update pipeline and provide detailed release notes for each iteration. • Collaborated with Product Management and Sales to implement a global Marine pricing framework, deploying new standard pricelists across 16 countries while ensuring preservation of contracted pricing.
• Acted as internal product owner for the PROS Control pricing system, collaborating with external consultants within the scrum framework to configure the system over a 10-month project • Conducted user acceptance testing (UAT) for user stories, providing actionable feedback to refine features and ensure expected behavior of features • Identified and escalated critical governance and master data gaps, including product assortment, color management, and product costing to enable scalable deployment of the pricing framework • Partnered with local Sales teams in two countries to localize and execute the new pricing strategy within the E&I segment, including the generation and maintenance of standard pricelists
• Prepared weekly reports for the CCO analyzing selling prices, COGS, and gross margin trends across 6 countries • Developed an Excel-based pricing and performance reporting tool with multiple levels of data granularity and managed development of PowerBI version with external developer • Partnered with internal stakeholders and external consultants to develop the company’s first global value-based pricing strategy, facilitating cross-department collaboration to ensure a seamless transition to centralized pricing logic. • Collaborated with cross-functional teams to identify and document previously unmapped processes, driving alignment and supporting the implementation of a new pricing strategy.
• Spearheaded organization’s expansion into permanent educational programs for local schools. Developed curriculum for 5 different 2-hr. workshops covering topics such as robotics, 3-D scanning/modeling/printing, and electronics. • Developed 42 hrs. of STEAM curriculum in game design, music production, and sustainability. Presented curriculum to over 100 students throughout 4 weekly summer camps. Managed training and contributions of 2 interns throughout each camp. • Served across other roles throughout tenure.
