Promoted to manage group of 40 including 2 managers with team in Costa Rica, Andover MA, Canada and Roseville, CA. Responsibility for business intelligence, driving performance improvement efficiencies through Lean Six Sigma methodologies, automating data and subsequent reports, SAP testing and expertise, BCP (business continuity planning) and recovery. KEY CONTRIBUTIONS & ACHIEVEMENTS: • Built up data analytics and process improvement team by hiring in specialized database resources. Lead the vision and strategy for which datasets to acquire and how to structure them. Team used ETL and SSIS packages to load into massive SQL database. Ensured team members obtained Lean Six Sigma training. Applied analysis to make process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. • Ensured smooth transition during HP Corporate Separation of supply chain applications on SAP systems from a business perspective. Managed testing and technical issues which resulted in launching on time for the go-live deadline. • Developed a budget forecast model based upon the installed base and parts consumption rates.
Promoted to manage group of 14 engineers providing business intelligence, data, analytics, and performance improvements. Deployed labor strategy transitioning high cost labor to low cost centers (Costa Rica). Managed off-shore data analysis, reporting and process improvement team. KEY CONTRIBUTIONS & ACHIEVEMENTS: Developed and executed strategic plan to create a business intelligence expertise center which consolidated various Americas Supply Chain data into one location allowing for quick and easy access. Used data to make process improvements with Lean Six Sigma methodology. • Worked with direct reports to implement process improvements redesigning the functional equivalents process. Program reduced labor costs, streamlined processes, and increased customer Total Customer Experience. • Provide data analysis, dashboards and reporting to other Supply Chain and Technology Services Delivery groups in order to make better business decisions and find areas for improvement opportunity. • Reduced the number of parts used per field service call. Estimated savings of $20 million/year.

Auburn Ski Club is a non-profit 501(c)3 with emphasis from the beginning skier/snowboarder to the elite level athlete – ASC's goal is to put and keep kids and families “on-the-snow” for a lifetime. Our motto, “Recruit – Retain – Develop”, is a common thread that runs through our programs and honors our ASC legacy. Activities include board review budget, marketing planning, facilities, among others. Instruct children ages 3 to 10 cross country skiing.
