Working remotely in an as needed basis to: • Source and maintain pipeline of candidates. • Conduct resume and application pre-screening. • Screen applicants for various clients and positions, handle on-boarding & reference checks. • Build candidate relationships. • Perform office and administrative duties to assist executive management. • Screen calls, manage calendars, make travel, meeting and event arrangements. • Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
• Ensure top quality submittals and hires • Execute traditional and creative sourcing strategies • Utilize social platforms to engage candidates • Assist with screening process by scheduling candidates with hiring managers • Ensure candidate requirements and successfully close offers • Understand and fully comply with laws and regulations • Maintain and grow candidate database • Research and recommend new sourcing processes
