Discussing the objectives, requirements and budget of a project; - Consulting with other professionals about the design of an environment; - Preparing and presenting feasibility reports and design proposals to the client; - Advising the client on the of their project; - Using IT in design and project management, specifically using computer-aided design software; - Keeping within financial budgets and deadline; - Producing detailed working drawings and specifications; - Preparing tender applications and presentations; - Negotiation with contractors and other professionals; - Preparing tender documents for contracts; - Project managing and helping to coordinate the work of contractors; - Controlling a project from start to finish; - Regular site visits to check on progress, ensuring that the project is running on time and to budget; - Resolving problems and issues that arise during construction; - Ensuring that the environmental impact of the project is managed; - Any other duties as may be assigned by managements.
• Managing full site construction including demolition, groundworks, and infrastructure. • Applying previous experience to assist in site management for residential sites. • Creating project management plans and tracking plans and updating project schedule. • Experience of supervising multiple subcontractors on multiple sites and issuing payments. • Managing key stakeholders on project progress and any unforeseen delays. • Planning and managing the project resources, budget, and schedule. • Supervising and coordinating construction workers and subcontractors. • Liaising and communicating with clients, consultants, and staff • Monitoring and ensuring the quality and safety of work onsite. • Solving problems and reporting on progress and issues • Complying with statutory and contractual requirements.
