I protect entitlement and margin on some of Saudi Arabia's largest giga-projects. Contracts don’t protect projects. People who manage them well do. For more than 12 years I’ve worked on large construction, infrastructure and EPC projects across Saudi Arabia, in the area where scope, time and money are won or lost. I lead contract strategy, protect entitlement, and turn delays and changes into recovered time and cost. I do it firmly, but without damaging the relationships a project depends on. What I deliver: ▸ Contract strategy and risk: FIDIC (Red, Yellow, Silver) and bespoke EPC contracts. I interpret complex clauses, flag risk early and give leadership clear advice on positioning. ▸ Claims and EOT: extension of time and cost claims built on delay analysis, records and strict notice discipline, prepared to hold up under scrutiny from day one. ▸ Variations and change: technical and commercial substantiation, valuation, negotiation and close-out. ▸ Subcontract management: drafting, negotiation and back-to-back alignment with main contract terms, so risk lands where it belongs. ▸ Commercial control: CVRs, cost reports, notice registers and dashboards that give management a clear picture of the commercial position. ▸ Negotiation and disputes: settling disagreements at the table, and preparing them properly when they go further. ▸ Team leadership: building contract and claims capability in engineers and commercial teams. I’ve worked for clients, EPC contractors, main contractors and specialist subcontractors. That means I understand how each party reads the contract, and that is where good strategy starts.
