Key Responsibilities: 1. Installation and Commissioning: - Spearheading the installation process of LED walls, ensuring precision and adherence to design specifications. - Collaborating closely with the project management team to commission LED displays, validating functionality and performance. 2. On-Site Troubleshooting: - Acting as a technical expert on-site to troubleshoot and resolve any issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance of LED walls. - Conducting diagnostic tests and utilizing problem-solving skills to address challenges effectively. 3. System Design and Integration: - Playing a pivotal role in the design and integration of LED display systems, collaborating with the design and engineering teams. - Translating client requirements into comprehensive system designs, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure. 4. Client Engagement: - Serving as a primary point of contact for clients during on-site projects, fostering strong relationships and addressing client inquiries and concerns. - Providing comprehensive training to clients on the operation and maintenance of LED walls, ensuring a positive end-user experience. 6. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: - Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, design, and engineering, to ensure seamless communication and project execution. - Offering technical insights and feedback to enhance product development and customer satisfaction.
