Story-telling is what I do, whether I’m working on news stories, life stories, or shaping corporate communications. For some, I am known for my photos which have born witness to some of the greatest news stories around the world. For others, I am a reporter, writing for Vanity Fair, El Pais or The Atlantic, or an author, for anyone who has read my books. In the corporate world, I’m better known as a filmmaker, a communications consultant, someone great at speaking the language of today’s new media. But when it comes down to it, whether I use photography, writing, cinema, or social media, or even a blend of all of these, all I want is to do is tell a really good story. In 2010 I founded my own photo agency Luz (Milan) but later left in 2013 to return to my first love: uncovering the world via stories, telling tales that needed to be told. I was born in Italy in 1975, and now divide my time between Pesaro and Milan, as well as working around the world.
