With over 18 years of international HR leadership experience, I bring a strategic and people-centered approach to Total Rewards and HR Operations across industries including manufacturing, logistics, technology, and services. My work spans EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa), Russia, and beyond—offering a near-global perspective on HR transformation.
