Accountable to define Supply Chain strategies that could drive significant improvement (e.g. integrated planning, warehousing management, Control tower software) whilst improving excellence through balancing onshore/offshore footprint, enhancing digitalization+automation, respect of local contents and prepare for Energy Transition.
Key role for the integration of Project service and project engineering department with function shift to offshore location. Accountable for managing transition of activities and support handover keeping business continuity; Focus on establishing improved contract relationship with EPCs and Suppliers to maximize commerciabillity and new ways of working (e.g. integrated digital innovation, system engineering approach, use of standardization JIP3).
Strategic role to drive next level of analytics to deliver the key understanding that drives value improvement practices and strategic advantage for Shell project organization. Leading a team that deliver cutting edge performance analysis of global capital project portfolio, identifying risk patterns and improvements solutions, leverage learning by understanding and sharing best practices and technology. Reporting to Vice President of Project Engineering and working closely with Shell P&T Executive Vice Presidents (more details available on CV).
Role in Downstream Supply and Distribution as Project manager and SC manager to lead portfolio projects to increase supply chain resilience. Strong HSSE lead role in DS operation. Responsible for Haulier contract management and depot operation. (Details of budget and dimension available on CV).
Global Project Manager with total budget of approx 10M US$ and dedicated project team of 50 FTE. KEY ACHIEVEMENTS: Set up of a strong virtual team (spread globally from Melbourne to Houston) that successfully delivered the project scope on time and budget. Management of Contract discussion with 3rd party suppliers (CSC, HP, SUNGUARD, GITI, etc) that lead to set up and testing of external recovery sites. Successfully managed Complex stakeholder governance.
