I am an Architect, Senior Urban Designer and Planner with over 21 years experience and demonstrated knowledge and skills in a wide range of subjects, including Urban Strategy, Urban Design, Master Planning and Architecture. I have an extensive international experience in designing and developing multiple urban planning projects. I hold a Master degree in Urban Design, Town Planning and Development, and a Bachelor degree of Architectural, from University of Navarre,Spain, 2000. For over nine years I worked for FUNDACIÓN METROPOLI (Madrid), in a variety of urban design projects of different scales, especially in Eco Cities and Urban Master Plan projects. In 2009, while I continued collaborating with FM in different projects as external advisor, I joined “Trasdos Architects” (Pamplona, Spain) as Architect Associate, where my work was focused on housing and health related architecture, urban planning and urban development projects. For the last six years I have been working as Senior Urban Planner in Omrania & Associates (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia), where my work is focused on Master Planning of high volume of residential and mix use developments. I am responsible for studies, planning and design works necessary to design a complete urban community. Great adaptability, having covered various functions in a wide range of different scale projects, in the areas of design, developing technical documents, as well as project management from the beginning to the successful completion.
Planning and Design of large scale urban developments, including new residential communities in the western region of Saudi Arabia for the Ministry of Housing (MOH), MODON, King Salman Park and other private investors. Sites ranging from 1 to 16 million sqm of land. Master Planning involved in all aspects from the beginning of the projects to the completion of the technical design and final delivery: concept design, preliminary design, detail development and Final Construction Documents.
