I managed Distribution and Agency activities for the Italian territory with report to the Director of Distribution Services Central Europe. The product portfolio included chemicals and industrial minerals utilized as raw materials in the Plastic, Rubber, Paint and Building Industries. My main responsibilities were: - Budgeting and sales results for the distributed product portfolio - Managing relationships with Principals active in the Italian market (among which multinationals such as DOW, Albemarle and Arkema can be listed) - Definition of commercial policy for the Italian market - Purchasing of products to be distributed - Search for new Principals and Product lines
