I am currently special advisor to NYSE-listed CRH, the leading provider of building materials solutions in North America and Europe, and a non-executive director of LyondellBasell and Mercury. I’ve spent over 25 years in a variety of senior leadership positions in the building materials industry globally. In 2024, I retired as Group Chief Executive of CRH, following 11 years leading the talented CRH team, delivering superior growth and performance for shareholders while helping to shape the built environment of the future.
