BeMyPool.es was launched as an e-commerce platform (web & app) in a low-digitalized sector (above-ground swimming pools). We leveraged BeMyPool’s growth partnering with suppliers and industry leaders in Spain & Portugal. Our new business model was featured both on the TV show “Valor Afegit” (TV3) & the industry magazine “Piscinas Hoy”.
I joined the Market Intelligence team, that belonged to PUIG’s International Development Area, whose mission was to provide the top management with insightful, integrated information of PUIG performance across markets to support both strategic planning & decision-making processes.
I joined Daba right after imitation Nespresso coffee capsules were launched in Spain by Marcilla as the company’s top priority became and shifted to size its impact on Nespresso’s market leading position. I delivered market share, growth & evolution reports combining both internal and panel data to Daba Board of Directors on a weekly basis. Additionally, as a member of the CRM departament, I was in charge of advising the Expansion Department on where to locate potential new Nespresso boutiques according to competitor’s market penetration & geomarketing analysis from our customers database.
