Python Developer & Data Engineer – Financial Data Company (Jul 2024 – Current). • Working on the Rule Transformation Component of a large-scale business rule migration project. • Developing and maintaining the rule transformation pipeline in Python following the MVC pattern. • Driving technical solutions from proposal to implementation, aligned with business requirements. • Implementing new features, bug fixes and performance optimizations. • Leading the design and generation of business-critical reports in Python. Data Engineer – Enterprise Data & Analytics Platform (Apr 2023 – May 2024). • Worked with cross-functional teams to develop a strategic ETL cloud platform in AWS and data governance tools for a major UK healthcare organisation (AWS Services: S3, Step functions, Lambda, Glue, Redshift, Databrew, Eventbridge, Fargate, AppConfig, among others) • Developed code in Python (combined with Spark, Pandas, Boto3) for data processing jobs • Queried Redshift database (based on PostgreSQL) using SQL • Work with Agile methodologies and Jira • Worked with CI/CD best practices and tools such as Git, Terraform and Azure DevOps • Mentored new team members

The objective of the projects developed by the People & Change area is to support companies through their transformation processes with a focus on people and Human Resources function (HR Transformation, Workforce of the future, Culture & Change Management, Employee Experience, HR Software implementations, among others) Main projects: 1. Project Manager role: coordinating and monitoring the implementation of the organisational restructuring process covering 10 areas. Among the activities developed: • Reporting, analysis and centralisation of all data collated from project initiatives. • Creation of 2 automated models to analyse the current workforce, to forecast future scenarios in terms of estimated hiring needs. • Creation of one automated Dashboard for Talent Acquisition area that summarised main indicators in the national recruiting processes, in order to achieve a reduction in the reporting preparation time. • Analysis of the Wellbeing Survey results with the aim of identifing pain points and defining improvement plans. 2. Lead and coordinate 2 global projects in parallel (change management strategy), focused on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Master Data Management (MDM). Among the activities developed: • Creation of an automated tool to assess the implementation of new ways of working (defining KPI's, visualisation of results) to identify areas of improvement, making data driven decisions. • Communication strategy to promote internal use of Qlik dashboards and Low Code - Power Platform.
