Political advocacy for the institutionalisation of a Citizen Service programme in Belgium and at European level. The Citizen Service gives the opportunity to youngsters aged 18-25 to engage 6 months full-time with peers from various backgrounds in community projects while benefiting from a citizenship training, an official recognition, insurance and an allowance.
