I’m a Senior Scientist in bioanalytics and translational research. I develop and validate GLP/GCP‑aligned assays for clinical and pre‑clinical studies, including PK, immunogenicity and biomarker assays, ensuring reliable, robust and compliant data. My experience covers method development, validation, troubleshooting, sample analysis, study coordination, data review, and alignment with ICH, EMA and FDA guidelines. I enjoy working with cross‑functional teams and bringing clarity and structure to complex projects. What motivates me is contributing to research that can genuinely improve patients’ lives. Knowing that my work can support better and safer therapies, especially for those who are more vulnerable or have limited treatment options, is what keeps me committed and grounded.
• Development and pre-validation of Ligand Binding Assay (ELISA, ECLIA, Simoa) and cell-based assays to support clinical and pre-clinical studies (pharmacokinetic, immunoassay and biomarkers). • Support assay pre-validation and validation to ensure regulatory compliance (FDA, EMA) and GLP standards. • Coordinate day-to-day project activities with associate scientists and scientists, providing guidance on planning, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (automation, production, and QA) to align priorities and efficient projects execution. • Maintain direct scientific communication with international clients, managing assays strategies, data interpretation, and timelines. • Study documentation (Development and Study Plan, SOP, technical reports), ensuring data traceability, and adherence to internal quality standards and regulatory standards.
• Personalized consulting based on gut microbiota genetic testing, providing clients with nutritional guidance and support.
Consultancy to small and medium-sized food businesses (e.g. restaurants, supermarket, small food-manufacturers) on hygiene and safety compliance, drafting preventive procedures and monitoring plans in accordance with food safety and HACCP national and internationals regulations.
