Bicester Village for KWD solutions was a customer service based role helping to develop an effective use of communication to a vast amount of guests. I learnt quickly how the employees of the shop worked together to be effective, so that knowledge learnt could be replicated into valuable work. Working in retail would meant having to build many different relationships each day as there is always a considerable amount of different people you would be working with on a day to day basis.
Taking part in a week work experience following a QC Barrister around Wood Green Court. Being immersed into different cases, taking notes for the barrister, who later would use these in his closing statements, having to work at a fast pace with different people from the Defendant to the Barrister and finally the Head of Chambers.
