I am responsible for overseeing and optimizing user experience research, research operations, and overall experience processes. My role involves: • Strategic Leadership & Team Management: Leading the UX Research and Research Operations team, setting goals, tracking progress, and fostering a culture of mentorship and continuous learning. • Business & User Alignment: Driving ideation and validation processes to align stakeholder business needs with user needs, ensuring data-driven decision-making. • Experimentation & Optimization: Defining A/B test scenarios, segmenting user groups, and integrating research insights into business strategies. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Acting as a bridge between the design and research teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration. • Data-Driven Research Planning: Interpreting quantitative data to develop business-oriented research plans that drive actionable insights. • Stakeholder Engagement & Impact: Creating action plans based on research findings, ensuring sustainable business follow-up, and enabling periodic impact measurement. • End-to-End Experience Enhancement: Leading iterative research cycles to refine and enhance the user experience by identifying and addressing key pain points. • Research Operations Leadership: Overseeing and optimizing internal research workflows, ensuring efficiency, and scaling research practices across the organization. This role enables me to drive strategic research initiatives, enhance business impact through user insights, and ensure Hepsiburada delivers a seamless, user-centric experience.
Responsible for the ux research, research operations and experience processes of Hepsiburada. Team management, goal tracking, and active mentoring and leadership. Providing ideation and validation for steakholder business needs where merged with user needs Determining AB test scenarios and buckets Maintaining communication between the design team and the research team. Creating business research plans by interpreting quantitative data. Creating action plans for stakeholders based on research findings, ensuring sustainable business follow-up, and facilitating periodic measurements. Planning iterative research processes to provide a seamless end-to-end user experience. Creating user journeys and enhancing the experience from user pain points. Leading the Research Operations team and improving the internal flow and steps of research.
