I build the programs and partnerships that connect AI, startup, and Web3 ecosystems. As Ecosystem Lead at SuperAI and TOKEN2049, I launched and scaled hackathons, startup competitions, and community partnerships that drive ecosystem-led growth cross-functionally across sponsorship, speakers, and marketing. Programs I built from scratch now engage thousands through 180+ partners spanning VCs, developer communities, government agencies, founder networks, and academia. My career has been a progression toward this work. I started in partnership marketing at fast-growing startups in e-commerce (Shopee) and fintech (Fazz). At ACE.SG, a national startup ecosystem builder, I built and maintained global partnerships across 17 markets, connecting founders with investors, corporates, and government agencies to help them scale internationally. Connecting the dots looking back, what drives me is building zero-to-one programs that bring communities together, and turning those relationships into real outcomes.
My pet subjects are food and travel writing, but I’ve also written on topics as diverse as beer and Brazilian waxing. A snapshot of where my works have been published: • Financial Horse – Contributing writer for a top personal finance and investment blog since 2020. • NodeFlair – Wrote blog posts targeted at tech talents to drive traffic to NodeFlair's career platform. Salary guide article was the top post by page views. • Singapore Press Holdings – Produced branded articles for SPH's content marketing unit. These articles were published across SPH's platforms such as The Straits Times and The Business Times.
