I am co-founder and Technical Director of the company, leveraging my deep experience of agile delivery practices and Microsoft technologies. Alt.Net UK is a not-for-profit community organisation supporting the advancement of education within the subject of software development, particularly the technologies, practices and processes commonly referred to as "Alt.Net".
I reported to the CEO and I was part of the senior management team responsible for running the business. My responsibilities also covered supplier negotiations and relationship management for office systems and support, web hosting and technical recruitment. My primary focus was to ensure dependable functional delivery with a small, budget-constrained, development team.
