Alan is a registered pharmacist in both Australia and Hong Kong and holds the Board‑Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS) credential from the US Board of Pharmacy Specialties. His career encompasses extensive experience across community and hospital pharmacy, with strengths in medication management, cytotoxic reconstitution, opioid replacement therapy, unit‑dose drug distribution, and pharmacy informatics and automation. During his tenure as Senior Pharmacist at Quality Healthcare Medical Centre, Bupa, Alan played a central role in shaping pharmaceutical care within a primary healthcare environment.
