The company is a subsidiary of a water cycle management software company in Spain. During my employment, I had helped the delivery of 3 projects - 2 for Water Supplies Department HK and 1 for South Australian Water. Role & Responsibilities: - Requirement collection from client and work with development team and subject matter experts in Spain to design solution and manage delivery for the projects - Help designing customer data ingestion solution and perform testing to ensure quality of ingested data - Discuss and negotiate with client on front-end customization requirement - Work out delivery plan with different stakeholders and manage timely delivery with quality - Manage bug fixes and help in customer support before project transition to support team - Prepare different deliverable documents and training sessions to the client - Help in the business development process for opportunities in other countries
