As a Sales Director, I’ve spent the last 7+ years building, leading, and scaling sales teams that don’t just hit numbers — they grow people. My background is rooted in sales management, where I’ve worked closely with teams to improve performance, sharpen communication, and create systems that actually convert. I’m big on accountability, but even bigger on culture. When people enjoy what they’re doing and understand the “why,” results follow. I’ve been involved in everything from training and scripting to process improvement and customer experience. I pay attention to the details — how leads are handled, how conversations are structured, and how teams stay consistent day in and day out. What drives me is simple: helping teams perform at a higher level while creating a better experience for both the customer and the people doing the work. Led day-to-day sales operations while implementing processes that improved efficiency, consistency, and overall team performance. Focused on streamlining systems across lead intake, follow-up, and pipeline management to reduce friction and increase conversion rates. Developed and refined sales scripts, training materials, and onboarding processes to ensure team alignment and stronger customer interactions. Worked closely with both sales and operations to improve communication, eliminate bottlenecks, and create a more seamless experience from first contact to project completion. Introduced structure around tracking, accountability, and reporting, allowing for better visibility into performance and more informed decision-making. Found creative ways to get those sales. - Worked directly with HR with any complications with the staff to avoid any possibility - Worked with EcoSure to ensure a clean and compliant restaurant. for paying out unemployment and/or other ramifications. - Ensured a safe working environment at all times to avoid unnecessary worker comp claims. - Our turnover rate was 11% in 2016 - Controlled all costs. - Directly responsible for: Ordering, Scheduling, Inventory, COS’s and P&L
- Achieved every bonus for the last 5 quarters of employment by exceeding PAC, achieving passing scores on our QSC’s and delivering excellence through staff retention and customer satisfaction. - Leader in technology for all three franchise locations. I oversaw the roll-out of Aloha/NCR Systems. I kept in the know of all updates and software changes to ensure proper training at the store levels. - Worked with P&L’s to ensure increased sales while staying below our controllable budgets. If sales were not following an upward trend, I would get with marketing on fundraising ideas or other ways to reach out to the community. - Created close connections with vendors to ensure we always received the best deal as well as getting incentives from them for our staff.
