- Provide monthly forecast and annual target such as revenue, COS, SG&A, and FCF - Control and monitor cost incurred in the responsible BU to secure margin and FC accuracy - Prepare management reports to analyze the difference between actual figures, monthly forecast and annual target as well as to propose improvement or mitigation plans of each KPI - Coordinate BU financial performance and report to Hub APAC - Handle financial topics during project execution such as invoices, AR collection, and tax - Evaluate bidding strategy for large-scale tendering, and report to HQ for approval - Review contracts to provide commercial related comments, and negotiate with customers
- Build a team to prepare service proposals and presentations for bidding - Establish financial models to estimate income statement and cash flows chart - Serve as project manager to control project’s schedule and budgets - Assist clients in executing contract to fulfill PPP projects and provide solutions
