After nearly 40 years full-time employment, I've decided it is time in my life to do other things where I can make a difference to people's lives through things that I love, like supporting sailing for the disabled. While I am not looking for another full-time/permanent role in IT/Engineering I am open to considering fixed term or contract roles if my skills can help you or your organisation but I really only want to do something if my skills and knowledge will make a real impact on the business and people, I have wide ranging experience delivering Business Change, Programmes and Projects across commercial, government and defence sectors. Activities have ranged from building new business models, through delivering large complex bespoke developments, to enabling standardised Online Services, in both direct management and consultancy roles. I have qualifications and experience in project recovery of failing projects and Business change, plus over 20 years of Project and programme management. Prosci Certified Change Practicitioner. Specialties: Complex Programme and Project delivery, business change, but what I really enjoy is solving problems!
