Responsible for overseas manufacturing business development, Vietnam plant ramp-up, customer operations, business strategy execution, NPI coordination, cross-functional management, and EMS/OEM manufacturing operations for power and industrial electronics products. Main products include PCBA power boards, power units, UPS products, and box-build assemblies for international customers. Key responsibilities and achievements: Led Huafuu’s Vietnam manufacturing business development from 0 to 1, covering customer interface, project introduction, NPI readiness, manufacturing preparation, supply chain coordination, quality alignment, and mass production ramp-up. Built the operating bridge between international customer requirements, China-based business/procurement teams, and Vietnam manufacturing operations. Managed business strategy implementation, budget control, performance review, and KPI tracking across revenue, cost, quality, delivery, and customer service. Drove key NPI programs from project review, material readiness, tooling/jig preparation, capacity planning, trial build, issue closure, and MP release.
