I Inherited a business unit with a turnover of 1 million GBP, as Regional Director with full P&L Responsibility for the business unit increased turnover to in excess of 4million GBP PA with records broken for Turnover and Margin. Maintained the turnover at the same level after 2007 Financial Crisis. Drove all aspects of the business though a pro-active and hands on approach. Maintained high levels of repeat business and customer satisfaction. This included twice securing a major utility framework agreement in 2007 and as sole supplier In 2009 and the management of this framework in its entirety. I also established a Hampshire Satellite business unit in 2006 to better serve customers to the south of London.
