About

II’ve spent my career at the intersection of technology, security, and mission-critical operations. My journey started in 1970 when I automated my paper route billing using punched cards and an IBM 1401, sparking a lifelong focus on practical, applied innovation. From there, I supported major computer manufacturers on complex customer integrations and financed my education by designing and maintaining business telephone systems during the early telecommunications boom. In 1984, I began supporting NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center as a systems engineer with Data General Corporation and continued to grow through roles spanning system integration, emulation initiatives, education outreach web development, information architecture, and senior positions across multiple contract environments. Most recently, I’ve served on the Advanced Enterprise Global Information Technology Solutions (AEGIS) program, delivering dependable electronic physical security services across multiple NASA Centers and contributing to the protection of mission personnel, facilities, and assets. As I transition toward retirement, I remain open to selective consulting and advisory engagements where my experience can accelerate outcomes—particularly in areas such as: - electronic physical security strategy and implementation - enterprise electronic physical security integration and governance - mission-driven IT operational continuity - organizational transition and knowledge transfer If your organization needs seasoned guidance without a long learning curve, I’m interested in conversations where expertise and impact matter.
