Main responsibilities were: • Project managing implementation of the ERP business management solution Microsoft Dynamics AX for three Civil Engineering and Construction companies. • Managing the project team (AX consultants and developers) to deliver the projects within the agreed budgets and timescales. • Developing and managing the project plans, risks, issues and budgets. • Financial AX consultant for a leading NZ distributor of industrial, construction and general fasteners.
Main responsibilities were: • Managing implementations of MS Dynamics NAV and AX solutions. • Proactively managing client relationships to ensure success of the software implementation. • Managing the project team (including Dynamics NAV and AX consultants and developers). • Developing and managing the project plan and budget.
