My name is Alaini Castillo, I am 21 years old and have been a LVN for 1 year and 2 months. I have worked in the behavioral health field for a little over three years. My experience includes crisis interventions, hands on restraints, CPR with BLS. I have worked directly with this population for years and have gained love and resilience. In addition to my behavioral health experience I also have medical experience as and Certified MA and a IV/Blood Draw Certification. I hope to gain more experience in Mental health and further my career in nursing.
Provide direct nursing care to the clients according to physicians' orders and applicable client care standards within scope of practice. Also direct non-licensed personnel in providing direct client care and operating the unit.
Responsible for monitoring and communicating with clients, providing rehabilitation groups under supervision, support client ADL's if needed, and assisting in crisis intervention.
