Under the umbrella of Solnyx Consultants, that I founded in 2003, I lead revenue, marketing, and partnerships as a fractional VP for growth-minded companies in professional beauty, franchise, luxury retail, and SaaS. My focus is simple: align product, brand, and go-to-market so teams execute faster and sales pipelines convert. Today, I split my time between SalonInteractive (≈⅔)—advancing On-Behalf Marketing (OBM), enterprise partnerships, and The KIM Report performance analytics—and Aspasie (≈⅓), where we help global color brands turn complex shade systems into high-impact swatch tools that sell more color, educate better, and reduce waste. I’ve built and led teams on both the brand and operator sides—national associations, global CPG, B2B SaaS, and manufacturer services. That mix helps me translate between executives, sales, marketing, product, and operations so strategy becomes measurable results.
