About

My Professional Journey at Tenneco In 2000, I began my career at Tenneco Automotive Europe as a machine operator. After five years of dedicated service, I was promoted to Quality Assurance Technician. Five years later, I took on a new challenge by joining the GO 4 Supervisor Project, where I received extensive training to become a supervisor. After two months of training, I was honored to begin my role as a Junior Supervisor. One year later, I transitioned to the position of Supervisor in the Tubing Department, where I assumed responsibility for various kpi’s, including safety, quality, production, efficiency, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), engineering support, team member evaluations, data analysis, and driving execution. In June 2015, I was entrusted with the responsibility of supervising both the Machining Department and the Tubing Department, making a significant step in my career. Two years later, in June 2017, I took on a new challenge as supervisor shock assembly, Packing, and Pre-Production departments. This role further broadened my expertise and leadership skills. In June 2021, I embraced an exciting new challenge as an HR Generalist, broadening my professional experience to include human resources functions. From April to August 2024, I was given the opportunity to support the Logistics Department during the SAP implementation process. This experience allowed me to gain valuable insights into logistics processes and contribute to the success of the project. Since September 2024, I have returned to my role in Human Resources, continuing to build on my career and contribute to Tenneco’s ongoing success.
