Responsible of the installation of the new signaling system to modernise the Lille Metro Line 1 (14 kms – 18 stations), CBTC Driverless, including the world’s first UTO to UTO revamping project, without service disruption. I was assuring the good realization of the installation of all equipment for the new signaling system on construction site, by respecting the safety procedures as well as the quality constraints, Costs and Deadlines. With the resources of the engineering department, I developed the drawings, the installation procedures and the lists of the necessary equipment to be installed. In association with the Project Industrialization Manager, I was assuring the full supply of the construction site with the schedule of deployment for the respect for the contractual milestones. I was responsible for the subcontracting on the construction site. - Interface with the client and the EPCM * Technical meetings * Schedule meetings (works only between 1.15AM and 4.15AM) * Project Progress meetings - Follow-up of the works progress with the Planning Manager - Reporting
My main job as Construction Department Manager was to coordinate and to manage the full sites activities within the framework of turnkey or supervision projects.
