My team routinely champions best practices and helps lead the org in modern software delivery thinking, through work on tooling and pipeline automations, Additionally we partner with other dev teams to deliver a react native application to partner game studios for experience validation.
As compliance tooling lead for MSR and Bing, I lead a team of Technical Program Managers in building out and supporting solutions to enable compliance initiatives across the organization. Our team partnered with subject matter experts across Accessibility, Privacy, and Security spaces to creating tooling and processes that facilitated collaboration, data collection and sign offs for product and research teams.
Designed, architected, and coordinated enterprise productivity and search features across enterprise compliant Cortana features in Outlook Mobile, Microsoft Search in Bing and Microsoft Windows.
