Ensure operational efficiency, productivity, and alignment with company goals within each production unit. Engineering Coordination Supervise an engineering coordinator who leads a team of up to 10 engineers, ensuring effective collaboration and technical support for production and project requirements. Foster innovation and technical problem-solving to address engineering challenges. Customer Relationship Management (QCD) Maintain and strengthen customer relationships by overseeing quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) metrics for assigned programs.
