If you are curious about me: - I choose employers carefully: for over 15 years I worked for one employer and grew from an HR administrator to an HR Director. - I value diversity of thought and experience: I lived in 4 countries and speak 4 languages. - I am passionate about helping women grow and break the invisible glass ceiling: I have coached 120+ women at work through the career coaching program I developed. - I believe strong data and governance is the backbone to drive change and transformation.       Having learned Swedish language during my master in Sweden, I joined Bombardier Transportation as an HR administrator for Nordics Countries at the shared service in Romania.
