• Use project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high-quality standards, and meet client expectations. • Manage the triple constraints (scope, schedule, resources) and critical paths and milestones to ensure a successful launch of the project. • Analyze and design technical proposals based on clients' needs. • Implement action mapping to design eLearning solutions that produce results. • Provide consistent and comprehensive status reporting, project updates, ongoing cost analyses, and progress of the project. • Coordinate communication with all areas of the organizations that impacts the scope, budget, risk, and resources of the work effort being managed. • Conduct interviews, and select and train staff to provide quality results for the company. • Work, and support the eLearning Team to maintain efficient work, and provide coaching to the needed team member. • Establish a regular cadence of individual and team performance reviews and feedback.
• Successfully conducted 2500+ hours in training, or blended learning for 5000+ employees in different sectors such as banking, pharmaceutical, oil & gas, construction, automotive, telecommunication, FMCGs, sale, retail, industrial, shipping, insurance, NGOs, Etc. • Identify knowledge gaps through in-depth research, including consultations with clients. • Create suitable outlines based on the targeted competencies. • Create content using appropriate instructional methodologies based on adult learning principles, level, and complexity of learning objectives to design engaging learning and training solutions e.g., courses, games, videos, simulations, quizzes, etc. • Design and build comprehensive, multi-modal learning experience programs that delight learners and drive behavior change. • Design and deliver blended learning programs utilizing Soft Skills and original programs tailored to clients. • Devise appropriate formative and summative assessments. • Facilitate learning sessions approximately 30% of the time, using interactive and engaging teaching methods to ensure that learners are able to retain and apply the knowledge and skills they have gained.
• Create a Persona for each course and design training based on it. • Conduct needs assessment, learner analysis, structure analysis, and technical analysis. • Conduct relevant instructional research, and data analysis, and create reports. • Design Content Structure in the blueprint. • Identify learning objectives and design learning experiences using a variety of learning models and strategies to develop competencies and close the gaps. • Work with SMEs and identify the target audience’s training needs. • Develop learning plans, that include activities, exercises, supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games, etc.), and compelling course content. • Decide on the criteria used to judge learners’ performance and develop assessment instruments. • Storyboard the detailed course content based on the approved outline. • Create instructor-led course materials (facilitator guide, participant guide, PowerPoint slides, and more) based on the approved outline and design interactive assessments for these courses. Visualizing instructional graphics, the user interface, and the finished product. • Identify opportunities for efficiencies in the work process and innovative approaches to completing the scope of the work. • Participate in team problem-solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues. • Assist in proposal development, as requested. • Developing high-quality interactive eLearning modules Articulate Storyline 360. • Upload course content on LMS. • Maintain project documentation and course folders.
