    Prior to working for Focasel Ltd I have spent a number of years giving professional services to various AV hire companies by working as a freelancer, gaining a broad knowledge of technical issues relating to live events. I have picked out several, giving brief descriptions of jobs worked on: +Mean Fiddler Organisation, UK – stage manager for events at the Clapham Grand, London. This involved co-ordinating the technical aspects of a live music event, band set-up, soundcheck & dealing with any technical problems. +Dee C Lee Band – toured Europe as her nine-piece bands FOH engineer, one of the hi- lights of which was playing the prestigious Jazz FM tent at the Phoenix festival. +BBC Radio Northampton – setting up live recordings, editing jingles & competitions. (digital editing & analogue tape splicing). +Juice Lighting & Sound, Daventry – setting up and running PA, lighting and video systems for live gigs around the country. Clients included Cambridge Univ, Birmingham Aston Univ. events, & local radio roadshows. +Roy Truman Sound Services, London – conference sound at events held at Planet Hollywood, China Whites, The Park Lane Hotel, The Grosvenor Hotel etc.. +Paul Sparrow Concert & Conference Sound, Southampton – toured England with Tim Berne & his six-piece New York jazz band for two months.
