I have gained most of my clinical work experience serving in the United States Navy working at two major Naval Hospitals as a Hospital Corpsman and pharmacy technician. My recent clinical experience on the other hand was reinforced throughout my time at West Coast University. Most recently, I served my final clinical preceptorship at Fountain Valley Regional Hospital on the Telemetry unit. Under the guidance of my preceptor, I was able to demonstrate many nursing skills, such as medication administration, IV therapy, wound care, and infusion drip administration. This experience has not only increased my nursing knowledge and confidence but also show my professionalism and capabilities of working in complex situations.
