Al Hammadi Hospital Olaya The Board of Directors of Al Hammadi Company for Development and Investment approved in its meeting held today, Thursday ,16 September,2021 To construct a new hospital to replace the current Al Hammadi Hospital Olaya. The New Hospital will consist of 300 beds and 120 clinics. It will provide general medical services, and In addition to that , it will provide oncology treatment , treatment of sports injuries, and rehabilitation. Al Hammadi Hospital Al Suwaidi Located in the district of Suwaidi southwestern city of Riyadh on a land area of 44,664 square meters. It consists of a main building of the hospital, consisting of 6 floors above ground and three floors underground, in addition to three residential buildings for employees with a total area of about 95,000 square meters. The actual operation of Al Hammadi Hospital Suwaidi was in 01/08/2015 where its capacity is 428 beds, 64 outpatient clinics and 13 operating theatre, in addition to cardiac catheterization operations room, two rooms for the upper and lower endoscopy operations and room for kidney and ureter lithotripsy operations. Al Hammadi Hospital AL Nuzha Located in the district of Al Nuzha northeastern city of Riyadh on a land area of 21,908 square meters. It consists of six floors above ground and two floors underground, in addition to multi-floor building for car parks with a total area of about 84,000 square meters. The completion and actual operation is expected to be in the second half of 2016 AD where its capacity is 600 beds, 64 outpatient clinics and 13 operating theatre. Al Hammadi Hospital Al Narjis Expected launch in 2028 . Building on this, Al Hammadi is expecting to launch its fourth hospital in 2028. The facility will have a capacity of 200 rooms and 120 clinics and will house two centers of excellence focused on rehabilitation and plastic surgery. The facility will be located in Al Narjis neighborhood in the north of the Kingdom’s capital.
