Designation: Graduate Engineer Trainee Role: Supply Chain Executive (Central Warehouse Support) From: July 21 – Jun 22 Job Role and Responsibilities: • Plan, organize, supervise and participate in daily warehouse operation and activities, including the receipt, documentation, storage, safety and distribution of equipment and supplies and maintenance of inventory. • Train, supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned warehouse employees; assign workloads to warehouse workers. • Ensure proper utilization of available resources such as Manpower, Materials, Material handling equipment’s etc. • Contribute towards continuous improvements projects like Kaizen, QC projects etc. • Support to achieve audit targets in 5S, ISO, FIFO etc. • BOM Validation • Physical inventory validation. • To develop feasible processes, plan according to it and then finally implement it. • Observe health and safety regulations; maintain warehouse in a clean, safe and orderly condition. • Worked on recent project of FCA (Commander, Meridian- DUV) Project Development, Planning, Material management & Implementation.
