It all started with a simple fascination with the sky. I remember watching remote-controlled planes fly and wondering not just how they stayed up there, but how they could be built to think and navigate on their own. I’m Akshat Verma, and today, that early curiosity has turned into late nights surrounded by drone frames, code, and blueprints. I’m currently a second-year B.Tech student at Rama University studying Computer Science with a focus on AI and Machine Learning, and I'm deeply passionate about blending artificial intelligence with aerospace and defense. To really bring these ideas to life, I decided to take a leap and founded my own company, Agais Flight Intelligence Private Limited. Through the company, I spend my time designing and building custom, high-speed drones from scratch and researching how AI can be integrated into next-generation defense technology. Whether it’s figuring out the physical aerodynamics of a new frame or writing the algorithms to optimize its flight path, I love being hands-on with both the hardware and the software. While aerospace is my main focus, I really just love building things that solve everyday problems. For example, I've also spent time designing blueprints for a personal safety device that integrates directly into a shoe's sole. For me, engineering is never just about typing code on a screen; it’s about mixing physical builds with smart computing to create something tangible. My biggest goal right now as a founder is to keep growing my company and turn these raw ideas into real-world products that actually make a difference.
