I am a QA Team Lead specializing in game development, focused on building efficient testing processes and delivering stable, high-quality player experiences. Since 2016, I have worked across multiple disciplines including QA, game design, development, and community management. This cross-functional background allows me to approach quality not only as a testing responsibility, but as a product-wide discipline integrated into the entire development lifecycle. In my current role, I lead QA teams, improve workflows, and implement scalable testing strategies. I focus on identifying risks early, reducing production bottlenecks, and aligning QA with design and development goals rather than treating it as a final checkpoint. Alongside my professional work, I am actively involved in the game development ecosystem. I have participated in 60+ events (game jams, hackathons, ideathons), mentored in 20+ of them, and served as a jury member in multiple competitions. These experiences keep me close to emerging talent and evolving industry practices. I also deliver talks on game design and the game industry, focusing on practical insights from production processes.
